The challenge
A missed call is a missed customer, and Swiss small businesses - dentists, garages, salons, physiotherapists - miss them constantly while they are busy doing the actual work. Generic voice bots do not solve this, because a Zurich caller expects to be understood in Swiss German, not high German read by a robot.
The brief was an AI receptionist genuinely fit for Switzerland: natural in Swiss German, multilingual across the country's languages, and useful enough to book real appointments rather than just take messages.
What we built
We built Call Assistant through our AI voice and chat and AI integration consulting practices. A real-time voice layer handles Swiss German plus German, French, Italian and English, connects to the business's calendar to book appointments, and captures lead details and call summaries so nothing is lost.
The product was designed for how Swiss SMBs actually run, with straightforward setup and process automation into their existing tools, plus API access for larger customers.
The result
Call Assistant shipped as a working AI receptionist that answers, understands Swiss callers, books into a real calendar and hands back structured leads and summaries - 24/7 coverage for businesses that cannot staff a front desk.
